Medical Volunteers

Community Volunteers
Is your child’s classroom or school looking for a charitable giving project? Is your church searching for a meaningful mission to embrace? Is your workplace in need of an outreach opportunity? Hopeh is always happy to collaborate with you to match your ability with our needs. Ideas include but are not limited to: hosting a drive for school supplies, over-the-counter medications and/or vitamins; assembling care packages and survival kits; organizing a “loose change” coin collection to purchase clean water filtration units or mosquito nets; enter your local 5K or marathon and raise money in the name of a sponsored child or teacher, and so on. Teachers on A Mission
We want to mobilize teachers in our outreach efforts to have them come to Haiti themselves or organize a group to the work in the school for summer project, spring breaks and holidays out. We have schools that go year round and their off schedule is different than regular school. If you are an aspiring or veteran teacher and would like to share your gifts with the people of Juampas, children or adults, we would love to have you visit us. MissionTrips
HOPEH takes mission trips to each year to Juampas. You can travel with us and help spread the word of God, help with community health, and visit our schools. Participants are responsible for expenses. We are asking for donations to assist in this area as well. Please contact us at

for more information. A trip to Haiti can be life altering and not so easily forgotten. The mission home accommodates up to 25 people. It is a nice home with indoor plumbing and bathrooms. Here are the dates for our 2012 Mission trips.
Monday January 02, 2012 return January 17th.
A group of students from Tuffs University will be traveling to Juampas to build 5 latrines and do some research in the area.
Tuesday February 14, 2012 return on Thursday February 16th.
A group of Airlines employees traveling to take bags of supplies for school and clinic.
Tuesday February 14, 2012 return on Tuesday February 21th.
